Transcripts and Additional Materials

We loved speaking with people about their practical idealism and are
grateful for the stories they shared about integrating social change work into their lives. Although we quote extensively from the interviews in the body of the book, for space reasons, we could only include the transcripts of five interviews in the book's appendix.

This page provides links three more transcripts (Acrobat Reader required). For authenticity’s sake, we have kept them almost exactly as they were spoken with only light editing for clarity. In addition, we have also made available John's unpublished biography, which contains many more stories and experiences from his life as a practical idealist.
